Nutrition & Functional Medicine for Children, Teens & Families

Supporting brilliant minds & bodies
Good nutrition is essential at every stage of your child's development, with different priorities at each age. As parents and carers we can lay the foundations for health, growth, and well-being in the early years.
In the adolescent years we see rapid growth, hormonal changes, and increasing independence. It is so important we respect and offer compassion in these years to navigate an easy transition into adulthood.
I understand that feeding children and teens can sometimes be tricky - there can be challenging or 'picky' eating; food allergies or intolerances; digestive problems or you may simply want to ensure they get the right balance of nutrients for their growth, concentration and activity levels. My approach is gentle, evidence-based, and tailored to your child or teen’s individual needs and preferences. I help young people and families to build a positive relationship with food; supporting their energy levels, brain function, mood, and overall health.

"Her consultations were like opening the windows to a dark room,
letting fresh air and light in. I have learned a lot from her, but more than this, she has a big heart and her kindness and care were evident in all of my interactions with her. Thank you Nathalie for everything" TK
I'm Nathalie
Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (RNTP)
Nathalie graduated with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from the University of West London and holds a Bsc (Hons) in Psychology. She has 15 years of clinical experience working 1-1 with patients and in the wider community within schools, spas, and corporate settings.
Nathalie adopts a functional medicine approach in practice, which draws upon evidence-based research to drive clinical decisions for patients. The functional medicine approach is to understand and appreciate the patient’s story, history, and timeline. From this story the functional medicine practitioner can identify clinical imbalances at the root of a patient’s symptoms and make a realistic plan to support that person to achieve wellness and balance. Nathalie's strengths lie in understanding the complexities of a patient’s life; helping them make sustainable changes.
