Prior to the initial consultation you will be asked to complete a number of questionnaires which may take your around one hour to complete. The forms will need to be completed and received 14 days prior to your appointment.

All consultations must be paid in full 7 days prior to an appointment.   A loss of fees will be incurred if cancellations are made within 7 days of your appointment.   Following the consultation, emails are acceptable but if the answer to which requires more than 15 minutes, you will be advised to book a 15 minute telephone consultation or an appropriate fee will be invoiced to you for the time taken to reply to the email.  Nathalie is happy to answer any initial questions about the consultation process during a discovery call but please be advised that no advice can be given at this stage.  Discovery calls are limited to 15 minutes and are also used to understand suitability for an appointment.
