I understand that feeding children and teens can sometimes be tricky— from managing picky eating, food allergies/intolerances, digestive issues, or simply trying to ensure sufficient nutrients for their growing needs. By providing practical, science-backed strategies, I help young people build a positive relationship with food, supporting their energy levels, brain function, mood, and overall health in a way that fits their lifestyle.
The functional medicine approach
Every child and teen is unique, and the approach for achieving optimal health and vitality is also unique. A holistic, personalised approach, incorporating Functional Medicine and Nutrigenomics to uncover underlying health factors is key to determining the right approach for your child. The functional medicine approach considers gut health, metabolism, as well as genetic predispositions to understand this fully and devise appropriate recommendations.

Rather than focusing on strict rules, it is much better to provide gentle and practical solutions that encourage children and teens to develop a positive and balanced approach to eating. Whether it’s tackling picky eating, managing digestive issues, supporting energy levels, or promoting body confidence, the goal is to make food choices stress-free for your child or teen - and for you as a parent.

Every child is different, and their nutritional needs vary depending on their lifestyle, activity levels, and health concerns. The approach for support is therefore individual and tailored for your child.

How it works
Step 1
Book your discovery call
Please take advantage of a free 15-minute discovery call to learn more about the consultation process and to ask any questions you might have. At this stage, advice cannot be offered but it’s a great opportunity to see if we are the right fit and to understand your goals.
Step 2
Book your consultation and complete the required intake forms
You will be required to complete several forms about your child or teen; to help understand their health history, lifestyle and eating habits.
Step 3
After your consultation, receive your Nutrition plan
Your child or teens’ nutrition plan is tailored to their unique needs and goals; and may include meal ideas, supplement suggestions, testing recommendations, as well as lifestyle advice. A week after you receive your plan you will be offered a 15-minute support call to answer any questions about the plan provided.
On going guidance and adjustments are made during follow up sessions. Your practitioner will guide you as to when a follow up should take place
