£355 Nutrigenetics (Lifecode Gx) 

Inclusive of initial consultation (1 hour), reporting of 1 genetic report with Lifecode gx and 1 metabolite test with follow up consultation for testing interpretation/explanation (1 hour), nutrition plan   

For any additional report from Lifecode Gx this is charged at £110 per additional report.  

With those that carry 23 and me results or Lifestyle genomics reports, packages can be tailored for your individual needs.

Terms of Business

Prior to the initial consultation you will be asked to complete a number of questionnaires that may take you around one hour to complete.  The forms will need to be completed and received seven days prior to your appointment.

 

All consultations must be paid for seven days prior to an appointment.  Appointments can be cancelled without loss of fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment date.  

 

Following the consultation, emails are acceptable but if the answer to which requires more than 15 minutes, you will be advised to book a 15 minute telephone consultation or an appropriate fee will be invoiced to you for the time taken to reply to the email. 

 

Nathalie is happy to answer any intial questions about the consultation process but please be advised that no advice or case takings can be taken at this stage. This is due to insurance purposes.    

All clients must read and  sign both the BANT terms and GDPR documents before the consultation.
