Terms of Business

Prior to the initial consultation you will be asked to complete a number of questionnaires that may take you around one hour to complete.  The forms will need to be completed and received seven days prior to your appointment.

 

All consultations must be paid for seven days prior to an appointment.  Appointments can be cancelled without loss of fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment date.  A 50% fee will be retained if cancelled inside 48 hours of the appointment date. 

 

Following the consultation, emails are acceptable but if the answer to which requires more than 15 minutes, you will be advised to book a 15 minute telephone consultation or an appropriate fee will be invoiced to you for the time taken to reply to the email. 

 

Nathalie is happy to answer any intial questions about the consultation process but please be advised that no advice or case takings can be taken at this stage. This is due to insurance purposes.   

All clients must read and  sign both the BANT terms and GDPR documents before the consultation.  It is important that clients fully understand that Nutritional Therapist can never claim to treat or heal a person.   Programmes cannot guarantee improvements and in many cases we are looking to improve symptoms.    The Nutrional Therapists role is that of guidance.

If you are on prescriptive medication  you should check with your GP before commencing any supplement programme, or dietary changes as these may be contraindicated with some medications.

No comission is taken on functional testing reccomended.

 

Supplement comission is split with the patient. Depending on the company you will receive around 15% off all supplements ordered via  practitioner  accounts.
